IRCC has stated that no application in progress will be closed or refused because of missing documents due to the Coronavirus plague. Applicants will be given 90 days to provide the following missing documents:
Immigration medical exam;
Submitting passport or police certificates; and
Biometrics
IRCC automatically gives applicants 90 days to submit their biometrics without a new BIL even though the biometrics instruction letter (BIL) mentions that applicants have only 30 days to submit.
