If you are an entrepreneur and have business interests in Canada, then it is very important to apply under the entrepreneur immigration program. To qualify under this program, the applicant must have a net worth which is $300,000 at the minimum. The individual must exhibit the intent to invest, establish and acquire business interests in Canada.

• Should have a minimum of two years of experience in running a business acquired within the timeframe of 5 years counting back from the day of submission of the entrepreneur visa application.

• Have realistic experience of running a business which includes assuming the critical responsibilities of the day to day business operations, human resource management and supply chain optimization.

• Should have control over a minimum 25% of the capital equity.
