This category provides opportunity to business owners and mangers to obtain a permanent resident visa, provided they can establish a legal business (agriculture, industrial or commercial) in Quebec. The requirements in this category are:

Net worth of minimum of CAD$300,000 acquired legally

Work experience in business and or management for a minimum of two years over the past five years prior to the submission of the application in a profitable business and holding a full time position.

Control at least 25% of Capital Equity, accounting to a minimum equity of CAD$100,000 Actively participate in the management of the business Employ at least one Quebec resident in a full-time position.Other factors such as age, nature and duration of training, language skills , personal qualities and knowledge of Quebec are also considered.
