I trust you are doing well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the praiseworthy efforts of your team and yourself. I am pleased to announce to you that I have received my visa and my CoPR. I started my process in late December 2023 and I got my papers at the end of April 2024. The process went very smoothly and my file manager was very prompt in submitting my documents online. I also wish to thank you for sending me all the required updates made on my application.

I never felt alienated from the whole process and the team was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to my queries. Special thanks to you, Mr. Badal, Mr. Dauhoo who encouraged me to go through the application process and provided me with all the insights I needed and Mrs. Nazrana Joomally who was my file manager and proved to be very efficient, professional and so very helpful.
