Manitoba Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #99 held on September 24, 2020

Manitoba’s EOI draw issued 189 invitations to candidates to apply for a Canadian PR. 18 among the 189 LAAs were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.

Candidates under the following streams received a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAAs):

• Skilled workers in Manitoba;
• International Education Stream; and
• Skilled Workers Overseas.

Profiles are assessed through a points-based system. Candidates automatically receive a score based on several factors after completing an Expression of Interest such as:

• Education
• Work experience
• Language proficiency;
• Adaptability and other factors.

The highest scoring candidate in the pool will then be invited.

Candidates who receive an LAA have 60 days to submit a complete application to the MPNP. Documents MUST be provided to support information provided in their EOI. False or misleading information in their EOI may be considered misrepresentation. The application could be refused and may be subject to a ban preventing them from applying to the MPNP for a period of 2 years.
